  • Experienced in designing, fabricating, and testing electronic devices based on semiconducting nanomaterials, such as nanogenerators, solar cells, and pressure/strain sensors.
  • Extensive experience in mirofabrication in clean room; skilled in equipments that include mask aligner, EBL, evaporator, sputterer, FIB, RIE, ICP, PECVD, and metrology tools.
  • Familiar with software applications that include NI LabVIEW, MATLAB, SUPREM, COMSOL Multiphysics, AutoCAD, OriginLab, Layout Beamer, 3ds Max, Blender and Microsoft Office.
